BlueCare App

The BlueCare App is now live on Google Play. This app is designed by FamilyCare Medical Services to support the further development of their e-health services. The app is a Next-Gen Interactive Healthcare Platform for dentists and physicians with a full-featured EMR, Scheduler, e-Claim, e-Prescription, In-App credit card processing, Reminders, and Real-Time insurance eligibility-check, all-in-one Telehealth platform. It includes web-based software, an online patient portal, and mobile apps.

Digital Health FAQs

All clients are required to make appointments online. This should be done before you arrive at the clinic via the BlueCare Portal.

We encourage all patients to complete a profile to ensure your future visits are seamless. Also, you can access the information from each visit via your patient profile, giving access to your health records at the click of a button.

The process from start to finish would normally take 3-5 minutes. The documents you will need are:
  • A Government Issued ID-Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID Card
  • National Health Insurance card
  • Any other forms of Insurance information
  • Medical and Family History
  • Emergency Contact details
  • An active email address and telephone number.
